Privacy Policy

Your quiet time stays private.

Effective date: September 14, 2026

The Quiet Path app is designed to provide a private, peaceful experience. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the app.

Information we collect

The Quiet Path app does not collect personal information or usage data. The app does not include analytics, advertising, tracking technology, user accounts, or third-party sign-in services.

Information stored on your device

The app stores limited preferences locally on your device, such as completed chapters and your ambient-music setting. This information is used only to remember your experience. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party.

Removing the app may remove this locally stored information, subject to your device and backup settings.

Newsletter subscriptions

Our website includes an embedded subscription form operated by Substack. If you choose to subscribe, Substack processes the information you provide according to its own terms and privacy policy. Newsletter participation is optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Internet access and third parties

The core app experience is self-contained and does not require an account. We do not use third-party advertising networks, analytics services, or data brokers in the app.

Children's privacy

The Quiet Path app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Because the app does not collect personal data, no personal information is used to create profiles or target users.

Data sharing and sales

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal information collected through the app because the app does not collect it. Information submitted through the optional newsletter form is handled by Substack.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app's or website's features or legal requirements change. The current policy will remain available on this page with an updated effective date.
