Low Enough to Listen
Seven days of repentance, restoration, and returning to God.

Contrition is the moment we stop pretending we can stand before God on our own strength.
Isaiah describes the person God notices as humble, contrite in spirit, and trembling at His word.
To tremble at God’s Word is not vague religious emotion. It means His voice can still interrupt us.
His Word corrects—and we yield.
His Word exposes—and we confess.
His Word commands—and we obey.
A hard heart explains Scripture away.
A contrite heart says, “Speak, Lord. I am listening.”
Read: Isaiah 66:1–2
Pray: “Father, make my heart responsive when You speak.”
